I hold six degrees — and I don't say that to impress. I say it to make one point: I have given my life to learning because I believe that continuous intellectual development is one of the most meaningful investments a leader can make — alongside building great teams, sound finances, and strong operations.

I have taught at the university level, immersed myself in the cognitive science of learning, and I work with leaders in Africa and around the world to help them build more intentional, more powerful relationships with their own intellectual growth. The MindAsset concept was born from a recurring observation: the most effective leaders are not the busiest ones — they are the ones who think best.

And thinking well is not a talent. It is a practice. One you can design, structure, and compound over time — if someone helps you build the right ecosystem around it.
